For service businesses
Your best work, posted in thirty seconds
Photograph a job, pick a kind of post, and Ruvara puts your brand on it, writes the caption, and posts it to Instagram and Facebook.

One tap
No editing app, no template to wrestle with, no caption to agonise over. Choose the kind of post and the app does the rest, all the way to posted.
Yours, not ours
Your logo, your colours, your phone number. It looks like you made it, because you did. We only did the layout.
Four steps, about thirty seconds, and you never leave the app or open anything else.
Shoot it on the spot or pull it from your camera roll. One photo for most posts, two if you want a before and after.
Your logo, your colours and whichever details suit the post — number, website, handle, licence — land on it by themselves. Set the kit once and forget it.
An AI writes it in your voice, naming the work and the suburb. Read it, ask for another, or throw it out and write your own.
Straight to your Instagram and Facebook, already the right size and shape, so nothing that matters gets cropped off the edge.
No dashboard, no desktop, nothing to learn. You open it between jobs and you are done before the kettle boils.
Step 1 of 8
Posts you have started, posts that are ready, posts that are already up. The coral button is the only thing you ever have to press.

Not a chatbot bolted on the side. It crops the photos, lays them on your brand, writes the caption in your voice and picks the hour to send it — everything between the job you just finished and the post your customers see.
Crops and squares your photos, lays them on your colours, and puts your logo and the detail that fits — number, website, handle, licence — where it belongs. Nothing to drag around.
It names the work, the suburb and what you actually did. No hashtag soup, no “excited to announce”.
Blunt, warm, funny, straight down the line — you choose once in setup, and everything comes back sounding like that.
A before and after, a finished job, a review, an offer. It treats each one differently, because they are different posts.
Tells you when your followers are actually on, and holds the post until then if you would rather it went out later.
Not right? One tap and it does another — the words, or the whole thing. As many as you like.
Before and after is only one of them. Pick whichever suits the day, give it a photo, and it comes back finished at 1080 by 1350.
Two photos, split down the middle. The one that proves the work.
One finished photo and a line about it. For the days you only have the after.
A customer’s words on your colours. Screenshot it or type it in.
One photo, one offer, and how to reach you, big.
No photo. A tip in your voice with your name on it.
These show the real layouts with the photo areas left plain. Ruvara does not use stock photography of people pretending to work, so the pictures here will be real jobs, from real customers.
Ruvara does not care what the work was. If you turn up and leave something better than you found it, that is worth putting in front of people.
One plan is doing the work here, and it is the middle one. The rest exist so you can start smaller or stop counting.

Rival pricing is what each company publishes for a single user on its own site, converted to Australian dollars where needed and correct at September 2026. Agency figures are the range Australian social media agencies quote for a small service business. Prices move — check theirs before you decide.
For Instagram you need a professional account and a Facebook page linked to it. That is Instagram's rule, not ours, and switching is free. Connect them once and Ruvara posts to both for you; you can always save a post to your camera roll and put it up yourself instead.
No. Your colours, your logo and your name drive the layout, so two businesses using the same template do not come out looking alike.
The post is built on your phone. Your photos are uploaded only when you publish, and then only to Instagram or Facebook. The AI that writes your caption never sees them — it works from the words: your trade, the job, the suburb, your tone. Nothing you give us trains anyone's model.
No. You choose the kind of post and give it a photo. The layout, your brand and the caption are all decided for you.
An AI writes the first draft from your trade, the job you just did and the tone you set once. Ask for another and it writes a different one; change any word you like. Nothing goes out until you have read it and pressed post.
Nothing. The free plan makes two posts a month, with your brand on both.
iPhone first. Android is on the list, not yet on the schedule.
Ruvara is being tested on real jobs right now. Leave your address and we will write to you once, when it opens.
